Topical Course Description: Students will gain knowledge about SDGs #1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 12, 13 and will understand how all 17 SDGs are deeply intertwined. Learners will work together to come up with possible solutions and establish active ways of implementing their ideas in a concrete manner, thus contributing positively to a more sustainable way of living. The course is conducted in workshop style: this means students are expected to be active during class: they will need to prepare carefully for each session, they will work in pairs/groups and will be required to share their findings in class. They will be asked to conduct further research and fact checking to gain more in-depth knowledge on the given topic. Notes: This course is offered through the Undergraduate Bridge Program, a pre-matriculation language and academic skill-building program. Any interested undergraduate student may enroll.
